Features

The doctor blade chamber is made of ultra-light carbon fiber, offering two major advantages: light weight and corrosion resistance.
Its lightness significantly reduces the burden on operators by making installation, handling, and maintenance much easier.
Additionally, it is non-corrosive and highly water-repellent, ensuring a like-new appearance and stable performance even after 10 years of use.
The proprietary built-in airbag crossbar system ensures uniform doctor blade pressure without deviation.
Furthermore, the unique blade holding mechanism allows for easy attachment and removal of blades. During maintenance, the lightweight design greatly enhances work efficiency.

Extremely Smooth Surface

Thanks to the high surface tension of CFRP molded with epoxy resin, ink flows off without adhering to the surface. As a result, cleaning can be completed with only about 50% of the cleaning solution typically required.
Cleaning time can also be significantly reduced.

Easy Attachment Removal

The chamber is fixed using simple knobs, allowing for quick removal during machine downtime.
In addition, thanks to its ultra-lightweight design, even a 3-meter chamber can be removed by a single operator.

Equipped with Airbag Pressure System

The proprietary "Touch2Go" pressure system ensures uniform pressure across the entire surface of the anilox roll using low air pressure. This reduces wear on the doctor blade and side seals.
Additionally, the low air pressure helps prevent abrasion of the anilox roll surface.

Easy Blade Attachment and Removal

The proprietary "Clamp2Go" system uses a spring-loaded mechanism that evenly distributes pressure across the clamping plate, minimizing blade waviness.
This enhances the precision of the doctor blade.

Customizable for Any Application

In addition to standard models designed for fast delivery, custom chambers tailored to customer needs can also be designed.
Custom chambers are designed according to the inking method and machine specifications, so when replacing an existing aluminum chamber, no special modifications to the machine are required and long downtimes can be avoided.
