BFT Flexo (Ink Supply and Washing System)

Features

In conventional manual ink circulation systems, operators had to monitor print progress, manually adjust pump flow rates, and during the cleaning process, remove the ink tank and replace it with a water tank for cleaning.
The BFT Flexo system integrates a fully automated inking and cleaning unit, contributing significantly to the optimization of flexographic printing processes.

Reduces Ink Waste by Half

With pump control enabling both ink delivery and return, the system can completely empty the ink lines and doctor blade chamber before washing.
This not only saves ink but also simplifies the cleaning process.

Reduces Water Usage by Half

A two-step cleaning process uses primary cleaning water stored in the internal tank (which was secondary rinse water from the previous cycle),
followed by a rinse wash. This achieves thorough cleaning while saving up to 50% of water.

Easy Operation

The BFT Flexo system is operated via a touchscreen panel mounted on the front of the unit.
No keyboard or mouse is required, allowing for compact installation and intuitive touch-based operation.
Pump settings and key parameters are standardized by program control, enabling consistent printing and cleaning without relying on operator skill.

System Configuration Can Be Customized for Various Applications

The system layout and configuration can be tailored to suit your intended application and available workspace.

GT 1 Standalone unit for single-purpose operations such as coating.
Integrated with a PLC control circuit on a mobile cart.
GT XL Master-slave system for inline printing machines, capable of linking up to 10 units.
GTX 2CI Designed for CI-type flexographic printing machines.
Units are grouped in pairs (two colors per group) for easier maintenance within a master-slave system.
GTX CUSTOM Fully customizable master-slave system layout based on the space around CI or inline flexo machines, according to the client's requirements.
