Endrium®
Our ultra-sharp Endrium® blades are manufactured using high-performance materials to deliver exceptional edge sharpness and extended wear life.
They are widely used by professionals in slitting and converting applications involving films, foils, and paper.
Designed to outperform standard carbon steel, Endrium® blades are ideal for high-performance industrial uses.
Available in slotted, injector, and three-hole styles, Endrium® blades meet a variety of slitting and converting needs.
- Endrium® Standard, made of M2 high-speed steel, offers approximately 8 times the wear life of standard carbon steel blades.
- Endrium® Coated, made of ceramic-coated M2 high-speed steel, provides up to 16 times the wear life of standard carbon steel blades.
- Endrium® Carbide blades, made of tungsten carbide, deliver up to 80 times the wear life of standard carbon steel blades.
- Endrium® Ceramic blades, made of solid zirconia ceramic, offer up to 100 times the wear life of standard carbon steel blades.
Thanks to proprietary technology and advanced wear-resistant materials, Endrium® razor blades significantly outperform standard carbon steel blades in most slitting and converting applications—providing longer-lasting sharpness and more precise cutting.

Optima-Plus® Blades
In many razor slitting applications, thinner is better. The ceramic-coated stainless steel razor blades in the Optima-Plus® line, with thicknesses ranging from 0.004" to 0.010", provide clean cuts and improved performance for film slitters.
The long-lasting ceramic "Plus" coating on Optima-Plus® blades offers up to 12 times the wear life of standard carbon steel blades.

Diamaze® Blade Series
Diamaze® blades combine the unparalleled hardness of diamond with an extremely sharp cutting edge.
The technological breakthrough achieved with Diamaze® blades involves two specialized processes: nanocrystalline diamond coating on carbide blades and plasma sharpening of the blade edge. First, a nanocrystalline diamond coating is applied to a carbide substrate. Then, an ultra-thin layer of pure diamond is polished using an innovative plasma sharpening technique developed by GFD researchers. The edge is sharpened down to just a few nanometers, comprising only a few atoms. This process has, for the first time, successfully combined the world’s hardest material with the sharpest possible edge.
